Data Sources

The primary benchmark shown on this site is based on Freddie Mac Primary Mortgage Market Survey data. PMMS is a national weekly survey benchmark and is not a live lender quote. We label planning estimates separately when a number is derived from a benchmark rather than directly reported by Freddie Mac.

Editorial Standard

We do not publish invented lender rankings or fake partner offers. External lender and comparison links point to real provider websites and may include campaign or affiliate tracking parameters. These links are presented as comparison paths, not endorsements, approvals, guarantees, or personalized loan offers.
